"I didn’t really expect much, but..."
I didn’t really expect much, but after about a week my eczema/dermatitis flare-up started calming down. My skin feels a lot less itchy now, so I have to admit it’s been helpful.

"Works well, but I still wish it took less effort"
It does take off my makeup and sunscreen really easily, which I appreciate. I just wish the whole process didn’t feel like yet another step at the end of the day when I’m already tired. Still, it gets the job done without me having to scrub too much...

"Pretty good, but does it clog anyone else a bit?"
I actually like this overall, but I feel like it clogs my pores a little after I use it. It’s still good, just wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing?

"Good, but a little greasy"
Like I said, this actually works well for my dry skin. It wasn’t an instant fix or anything, but after about a week my skin felt a lot calmer and less irritated. Like I said, I do wish it was a little less greasy, but overall I’m still happy with it.

"Didn’t Clog My Skin at All"
I’ve been using this for a bit my skin has been totally fine with it. It didn’t clog my pores or make me break out, which is always my main worry with stuff like this. No weird bumps, no greasy feeling, no random forehead breakout, no chin drama, nothing like that. My skin just feels normal and comfortable, like I can use it in the morning, at night, under makeup, after washing my face, all of that, and it doesn’t cause any problems.

"Surprisingly happy with it"
I started using Cetaphil because my skin was getting really dry, especially after showers. I wasn’t totally sure it would do much at first, since it feels light, but it actually keeps my face and hands moisturized for hours. It doesn’t leave that greasy feeling either, which I really appreciate. My skin feels softer now and not tight like it used to. I guess I’m still kind of surprised, but I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again.

"Everything Showed Up Right"
I ordered a few Cetaphil things and the box had exactly what I picked, so that was good. Nothing was missing or swapped out, which I always kind of worry about with stuff like that. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but whatever was going on there, the order itself was right and packed fine. I’d order again.

I ordered this cleanser and overall I’d say it’s been good. My cheeks did get a little red for the first couple days, which made me hesitate a bit, but it calmed down after that. My gut says it’s probably fine for my skin, just maybe not something I should use every single night. I’m still using it, just spacing it out a little...

"Works okay, just not perfect for my face"
I’ve been using Cetaphil on my face and body for a few months now. The body lotion is decent, especially after a shower when my skin feels all dry. It does help with that. For my face tho, it’s kinda hit or miss. Some days it feels nice and light, other days it leaves me looking a little greasy and I’ll notice a few small bumps pop up. Not terrible, just not exactly amazing for me. Ordering from the site was easy enough, no real issues there. Overall I’d say 3 stars. It works, but I’m not totally sold on it.

"Still my go-to cleanser!!"
I’ve ordered my Cetaphil cleanser from the site a few times now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience!! The subscription is super handy because I don’t have to worry about running out. One delivery did show up a little later than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I still really like the product, and ordering is simple enough that I’ll keep using it!!

"Easy return and good service"
I accidentally ordered the wrong cetaphil product and had to return it. the whole process was straightforward, and I didn’t have to keep following up or anything. Customer service got back to me quickly, and my refund came through within a few days. No real issues at all, so I’d be happy to order again.

"Seems trustworthy, at least so far"
I’ll be honest, I’m usually the person who ends up getting let down by brands that look good at first, so I was a little skeptical. But this one seems trustworthy enough so far. Nothing has given me a reason to doubt them yet, which is more than I can say for a lot of companies.

"Absorbs fast and feels light"
I used it after a shower. Just a little bit. It soaked in quickly, which I liked. No greasy feeling afterward. My skin just felt soft, not slick or heavy. Easy to keep using.

I’ve tried this on a couple different skin types and it seems to work well overall. That said, I’m not completely sure about the quality yet, it feels decent, but I’d probably need to use it longer before fully trusting it

"Showed up quicker than expected"
I ordered from Cetaphil and it got here way faster than I figured it would. The box was packed fine, nothing weird or damaged, so that was a relief. Happy with the shipping overall, especially considering I wasn’t really sure what to expect.

"Skin feels better, but the bottle is tiny"
I’m usually skeptical of all the fancy skincare claims and polished company wording, so I wasn’t expecting much. But my skin does feel less tight after using it. I just wish the bottle was bigger because it feels like it’ll run out way too fast.

"Helpful support, just slightly slow tracking"
As someone who gets a little impatient when it comes to online orders, I really appreciated how quickly support got back to me. I had a question about my order, and they replied by the next morning, were super helpful, and got everything sorted without making it feel like a hassle. I’m giving 4 stars only because the tracking update was a bit slow at the beginning, but overall it was a smooth experience.
